19-year-old Celeste and 26-year-old Sihem, both heroin addicts, are admitted to a rehab clinic the same day. They have a feeling they’ll be good friends. However, the clinic takes to issue their intimacy and the two end up leaving the clinic to find a new home. For the two, everything is uncertain, and it is also heartbreaking to see their families suffer because of them. It is also not easy to resist the temptation of drugs.
Under Mann’s new venture, Michael Mann Books, the prequel will begin as a novel, and possibly be adapted into a film or television series. Just two days after that announcement, another project from Michael Mann Books is in the works: author Don Winslow (Savages) is writing a novel about Chicago crime boss Tony Accardo and his successor Sam Giancana, which Mann might adapt into a feature film.
An FBI agent gets trapped in a time travel scenario.
A group of young men dare a classmate to reach the porch of a legendary old house, said to be haunted by the thirteen victims of a family massacre. In hopes of making a viral video they arm him with a video camera to prove he was there or to capture him fleeing in terror before even reaching the house, as others have. When he doesn't return, the guys must go in to get him. Inside they discover the truth about the house, the fate of their friend and their own fate as well.
The film is about the early years of famed children’s author Astrid Lindgren (Pippi Longstocking) when she experienced something that was a “combination of both miracle and calamity that came to shape her entire life.”
